August is generally a busy one. Most of my weddings are happening in this month, it's the summer holiday for the monkeys and we like to get away for a couple of weeks too. So, after two weeks not picking up the camera much (apart from taking photos of some pretty fried sardines in Croatia and the kids jumping into the pool, etc) I started the month with a very VERY busy day.
In the morning I was second-shooting for a lovely local photographer, only for a few hours, then drove home, picked the kids up, cooked lunch and then (and here comes the magic) we all had an afternoon nap. 5 pm my alarm went on, so I put the kettle on, had a nice Earl Grey then drove to Othery to photograph Catherine and Rory.
They flew over from the other side of the World and are getting married tomorrow here in Somerset, where Catherine's family belongs to. We had a fab couple of hours together, they were beautiful and very cuddly with each other and the warm summer sun did its magic too.
Looking forward to seeing them tying the knot tomorrow! I have a feeling that it's gonna be a good one.
